01 参与志愿者活动安排 Schedule

参与时间 Working Period

2024年7-8月，线上服务为主；8月5日-25日，线下服务为主

July (online) and August (online and offline)

参与地点 Location

天津大学北洋园校区、卫津路校区、机场和火车站、城市内等

TJU campuses, airport, train stations, in and outside Tianjin City

02 岗位与职责 Who We Need

招募10名中外籍志愿者，优先硕士和博士研究生，优先能源和动力相关专业。

10 Volunteers, postgraduate students preferred, majoring in energy and power preferred.

工作职责 Roles and Responsibility

联络秘书工作(3名) Secretaries and Contact (3 Members)

负责联络沟通和准备工作：发送确认函、邀请函，制作毕业证书和成绩单，整理和核对信息，解答学员问题，编写新闻，对接住宿、餐饮、行程等安排，做接待准备。

Communication and preparation: sending confirmation letters and invitation letters; Preparing the certificates of graduation and result; organizing and verifying information; answering participants’ questions; news report, coordinating accommodation, catering, itinerary arrangements; and preparing for reception.

工作素质：有良好的英语书面和表达能力，善于协调沟通，有一定文书处理能力。

You are expected to: have good English written and verbal skills, be good at coordinating and communicating, have document processing skills.

活动策划(2名) Event Planning (2 Members)

策划执行开幕式和毕业典礼、校园游览、城市文化体验等活动；承担主持工作、摄影工作、场地布置工作等。

Planning and executing events such as opening and graduation ceremonies, campus tour, city tour and culture experience, as well as hosting, photographing, and venues arranging.

工作素质：有丰富创意和执行落地能力，有良好的英语表达能力。

You are expected to: possess rich creativity and execution capabilities，have good English written and verbal skills,

教学助理 (3名) Course Assisting (2 Members)

负责对接授课老师，负责组织学员上课，协助老师做好课堂准备，处理临时问题。

Coordinating with teaching teachers, organizing students to attend classes, assisting teachers in classroom preparation, and handling temporary issues.

工作素质：工作细致，善于沟通，随机应变，有良好的英语书面和表达能力。

You are expected to: be patient and careful, having communication skills and problem solving attitude; good English written and verbal skills.

接送机工作 Pickup and Drop off

有接机/站和送机/站任务，届时所有志愿者共同参与。

All volunteers will get involved in the participants’ Pick-up/drop off at the airport and train stations.

03 志愿者收获 What You Will Get

1.项目志愿者证书；

2.与知名教授面对面，获得学习机会；

3.结识不同国家的优秀学生，结识校内其他热爱志愿服务的同学；

4.锻炼自己的英语能力和交际能力。

2. A chance to learn from renowned professors face to face,

3. Getting acquainted with outstanding international students, and TJU students who are keen for volunteer service

4. Improving English proficiency and social ability.
